An Acne Safe Way To Keep The Gnats Away

Okay so the gnats in Florida... Let’s just say, they’re on another level. Like can’t-breath-because-the-gnats-will-fly-in-your-mouth bad. This is why we live and die for No Natz bug spray. No Natz Spray is a southern gas station staple full of an essential oil concoction that actually works. But is it Acne-Safe? Let’s check it out.
If you’ve previously tried something that wasn’t deemed acne safe, and dealt with the consequences, you're probably pretty particular about what you put on your face. (And your esthetician loves you for that.) Sadly, No Natz is not acne safe. Its active ingredients are rosemary oil, citronella oil, lemongrass oil, and geranium oil. These are all non-pore clogging. But the "other ingredients", which are olive oil, isopropyl alcohol, water, coconut
oil, citric acid, and soy lecithin are the ones singing "I guess I'm the problem..." by Morgan Wallen. (Lol)
So this is very disappointing news to us who are the victims of the gnats daily. Don't worry though- I've thought of some solutions!
Solution #1: if you have sunglasses you don't care much about you could spray the no nats on a paper towel and then rub it on your sunglasses so they stay out of your eyes.
Solution #2: If you're not into sunglasses… well you should be- they're the perfect accessory. But if you're not you could get a headband and rub the No Natz on it. I'm thinking like the stretchy ones I've seen the cool girls wear on IG. (But don't spray near your hair or it will be so greasy!)
If gnats aren't a big problem for you, you probably think I'm being crazy. But IYKYK. I hope for those in the latter category this blog post provides some clarity and helps you keep the gnats away during Summer of Outside.
